Firefly have recently added another successful project to their ever growing portfolio of property developments.
JW Stratton, the award winning local builder from Shoreham, West Sussex, instructed Firefly Creative to market their new development of 10 new apartments and bungalows in West Worthing, called Old Mill Court. The project included the brand identity for Old Mill Court, local area photography, and CGI illustration of the development from architect plans.
A full colour brochure was produced, housing the individual floorplan inserts for each apartment. Site advertising hoarding, and local press advertisments were also designed.
Old Mill Court follows on from JW Stratton’s successful last development, Apple Grove, which was situated in picturesque Angmering – which Firefly also marketed.
