Following on from their previous successful development Foxley Heights in High Salvington, Worthing – Firefly were instructed to design a new brochure for the next James Homes property development – Foxwarren.

Foxwarren is a select, private development of two brand new bungalows in Broadwater, Worthing.
Firefly undertook local area photography, copy writing, cgi’s and illustrations, and designed a new development brand and sales brochure to market the two properties.

Foxwarren lies next to the beautiful South Downs in Broadwater, which is in close proximity to the seaside town of Worthing with its splendid shops, bars and restaurants.  The site is approached via Lamorna Grove, where a private driveway with secure gated entrance leads you to the exclusive development of two, individually designed, three bedroom detached bungalows. Both are surrounded by mature screening and have south facing rear gardens, making a very secluded and secure setting.

Broadwater is a close neighbour and borough of Worthing. It was once a parish in its own right that included Worthing when the latter was once just a small fishing hamlet!  The town is centred around a large triangular grassy area known as ‘Broadwater Green’. The Green is used during the year for various events and activities and the Broadwater Festival, held in July, is centred on the green. Cricket is played throughout the summer, with a small cricket pavilion being situated on the southern edge of the green.

The new development will be marketed strongly in the new year. If you are interested in buying – please contact James Homes.

Firefly Creative have just completed a rebrand for Insurancewith – a company created specifically to help those suffering with medical conditions get travel insurance at more competitive rates.

Insurancewith work hard with underwriters to explain the medical conditions and secure much better rates, taking a realistic approach to policy holders illness, looking at the actual risk, not the perceived risk.

Their policies have been developed by people who have personal experience of cancer and who have previously developed an award winning travel insurance policy aimed at people who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Fiona Macrae, herself a cancer survivor, heads up and is the driving force behind Insurancewith.

Working closely with the medical charities that support people with pre-existing medical conditions, they acknowledge their support by donating £1 from every policy sold to charity.
