Firefly Creative have just added another well known name to their bank of property developer clients.

James Homes (formerly Charles James homes) approached Firefly to market their latest development, Foxley Heights – a select development of five brand new homes in High Salvington, West Sussex.

Firefly are now very familiar with successfully marketing property and developments, and have built up an impressive portfolio of projects – having worked for the likes of award winning developers Roffey Homes and JW Stratton as well as numerous local property agents, including Michael Jones, Jacobs Steel and Graham Butt estate agents.

The James Homes project comprised of researching an appropriate name for the Foxley Heights development, designing a logo and identity for use throughout the marketing materials, creation of CGI imagery and sitemaps, design and management of a quality brochure which was printed in full colour with spot metallic inks to portray a high quality tone, design of a press advertising campaign, and all site signage.
