Firefly Creative have just completed the redesign of a new website for Asphaleia.

Substantial work was involved in updating and adding additional site functionality – content managed via the Modx backend system.

The new site includes the facility to update all promotional banners and site pages, live news feeds, social media integration – and a secure staff area, to keep staff members up to date with the latest company developments, and the facility to download internal forms and policies.

Asphaleia operate from 6 locations across the UK, with their head office in Worthing, West Sussex.  Their core services include Foster Care, Training for young people – and their charity aid work reaches worldwide, including two offices in Africa.

Pet Portraits in Littlehampton, West Sussex

Local artist Andria Walton creates beautiful portraits of our most faithful friends… her work has a unique softness and natural quality, capturing the essence of each animal, that spark that gives a pet it’s own special quality and character.

Andria developed a deep affinity and appreciation for animals, along with a passion for drawing at a young age. Her creative talents led to a 20 year career as a professional graphic designer, and currently works for design agency Firefly Creative on a freelance basis. Her pet portraits were a natural progression of these combined interests and skills.

Throughout her life Andria has shared experiences with some very special animals and has always been moved by the unconditional love they give. She has seen how many peoples lives are enriched and touched by animals and the incredibly deep bond that develops between people and their pets. It is incredibly rewarding for her to capture a treasured pet artistically for somebody.

Andria takes commissions for portraits of dogs, cats, horses and other pets. Each portrait is created from photographs, using either soft colour pencil and pastels, or graphite – in Andria’s garden design studio.

The perfect gift for any occasion.
